Molecular Models for polymer brushes and DNA
This project aimed to understand the Molecular Dynamic of polymer brushes and the their interaction with DNA. Development of neutral and charged polymer brush models and analysis of their behavior in different simulated conditions such as different pH values, ionic strength and grafting densities. Studying the interactions of polymer brushes and DNA via Molecular Dynamics.
